Every time I set up a styled shoot, the couple always seems to have an anniversary right around the corner they're about to celebrate! Jesse and Hope were no different, they were on their way to celebrating 5 years of marriage! Anniversary sessions always seem to have a different vibe to them compared to weddings. The couple is usually so relaxed around each other and the energy is CHILL. It’s like they have nothing to prove to each other and there’s a real tangible trust you can feel between them.

We started with Makeup. My girl Madison absolutely SLAYED in embellishing Hope’s natural beauty. She is a true professional, and takes care of her clients with grace.

Next we tackled hair and when I say that Hayley KNOWS what she’s doing, it might be an understatement. She whipped Hope’s hair up in the most elegant, old money, soft curls and it perfectly accomplished the vision we had for this entire shoot.

Hope was so elegantly confident in the dress we used from my friend Amanda’s Bridal Dress Shop, Southern Belle Bridal. It’s like she embodied everything this dress was supposed to be and WORKED IT. Jesse was also werkin’ that blue suit of his. But he was more so captivated by his beautiful wife. Did I mention anniversary sessions are AMAZING?!

Flowers by Tammy is the QUEEN of Greeneville always coming in clutch with the final touches to any shoot with their outrageously beautiful bouquets. They are amazing to work with and I would highly recommend! I even had them do my wedding 12 years ago!

We got to shoot this beautiful couple at one of my favorite Venues, Oak Meadows Farm. The people that own and operate it are exceptional to work with! And they’ve taken great care to make sure that the experience you have when working with them is PERFECT. The grounds boast of a massive pond with a large dock to take epic sunset pictures from. There’s also a small beautiful stream that feeds into the pond if you take a short walk through the wooded forest. From there, you can take the back entrance walking up a small hill that opens up into the most glorious, rolling hills. A perfect spot to take those private - out of site Bride and Groom portraits near the end of your wedding day when the sun is setting so perfectly.

At the end of the day, working with so many amazing people, we truly created some magic that I feel so incredibly proud of.
