Hidden Meadows Wedding -- Corey and Maddie

It was the rainiest day you could’ve imagined…

But that didn’t stop them from having the most dreamy wedding day…

When I arrived at Hidden Meadows for Corey and Maddie’s big day, the rain was looming overhead… it hadn’t quite started yet, but the clouds in the sky were giving us every reason to believe it was about to set in.

I remember so vividly how up-beat and completely calm Maddie and Corey were through the inevitable rainfall. They were smiling, relaxed, and completely unbothered by the dreary forecast.

It was a tangible peace felt by everyone. Which made the day so incredibly beautiful.

My second shooter saved the day by having clear umbrellas in her car! We were able to use them during the Bride and Groom portraits that we took down by the small creek right across the road from the venue.

That was my favorite part of the day. Getting portraits of them together and making sure we had beautiful images of just the two of them to remember their wedding day.

Maddie and Corey were in love. They were unfazed by the rain and completely focused on each other during all of the photos. It made me so thankful to have clients that were as amazing as they are!!

After shooting this wedding, I can now say that the rain doesn’t bother me! It’s a whole VIBE and I am here for it!
